Hey there, thanks for stopping by my website. Ever since I started playing the guitar when I was 12 years old, I've been obsessed with music. Now I'm 34 years old and I've been lucky enough to make a living out of playing and teaching music (for the past 10 years).

I love all sorts of music from folk and bluegrass to indie, and I've developed a big love for the music of Django Reinhardt.

I’m a multi-instrumentalist and play, Guitar, Banjo (5 string, bluegrass, clawhammer and Irish Tenor banjo), Mandolin and the Ukulele.

I write, record and perform my own songs. I play regular folk gigs in a duo called Mackenzie//Bidgood, we play folk, bluegrass and sea shanties all across London and the UK. I also run a monthly folk night called the 'Folk Sessions' at the Old Red Lion Pub in Kennington on the 3rd Thursday each month.
